Local (core): North-West London day-to-day, including Harrow, Wembley, Stanmore, Hendon, Edgware, Golders Green, Finchley, Barnet, Kingsbury, Pinner and Watford-side areas.
General (wider): Greater London and nearby, covering Central/North/West/East/South London plus the Heathrow-side corridor and nearby Hertfordshire/Essex edges.
Outer (M25): Broader M25-style coverage for planned jobs, including Beaconsfield/High Wycombe/Slough/Windsor, Staines/Walton/Epsom/Croydon, Sevenoaks/Dartford/Gravesend/Thurrock/Basildon/Harlow/St Albans and surrounding towns.
Extended corridors (by arrangement): Oxford/Reading, Luton, Chelmsford/Southend, Maidstone/Kent, Guildford/Surrey and Stansted/Essex directions.
Our Services
Our pallbearing service provides funeral directors and their teams with dependable, punctual, and dignified bearer support to a high standard.
We’re on hand to help with carrying (on the shoulder, by hand, or via trolley), assisting with trestles, handling and presenting flowers with care, and distributing orders of service. Whether it’s a cremation, burial, repatriation, or unattended service, we’re ready to support you.
Our team is fully uniformed in a black and grey morning suit (striped trousers), black waistcoat, black suit jacket, white shirt, black socks, clean polished black leather Oxford shoes, and a black tie (or a funeral director–branded tie if provided).
The listed Base rate includes 2 hours. Overtime is £20/hour, billed in 15-minute increments (£5 per increment), rounded to the nearest quarter hour.
Our chauffeurs are experienced, professional drivers you can trust to represent and drive your funeral fleet.
Pallbearing support is included as standard with our chauffeur services. We drive smoothly, keep vehicles clean and presentable, and use advanced driving skills to present (or complement) the cortege beautifully.
Please note: the booking party must have a motor insurance policy in place that covers additional drivers (e.g., an “any driver” policy). Proof of cover may be required.

All vehicles are fully insured and supplied with chauffeur and pallbearing services. Vehicles are not offered for self-drive hire.
